In Begleitung der Umsetzung des Immobilienprojektes wurde von unserer Kanzlei ein individuelles komplexes Vertragswerk im Rahmen eines steueroptimierten Immobilienprojektes erarbeitet und die Abwicklung des Verkaufsprozesses, nach erfolgter Wohnungseigentumsbegründung, betreffend der 135 Businessapartments – welche an Anleger verkauft wurden – betreut.
